Psalm 78:5-7 (ESV) He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children, 6 that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, 7 so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments;
This is the goal of Youth Ministry: That our children would be raised to know and to live for God. This is not optional, but should be one of our very greatest desires and joys in life. Our desire is to lead our families to be like Christ in attitude, belief, and behavior.
The youth group meets on Sunday nights from 6-8pm for a time of fun, food, and Bible study, and is open to students in Middle and High School. This is an important time during the week for our young people to be in a safe, encouraging environment where they can grow in the faith, and experience the joy of Christian fellowship. We also encourage parents to stay and benefit from time with other parents of teenagers.
